Hydrocarbon Separators with BY-Pass Decanter
A Hydrocarbon Separator is an equipment designed to separate and retain mineral oils suspended in dirty water.
The Hydrocarbon Separator must be preceded by a Decanter embedded in the separator or external for the retention of heavy materials (Sludge and Sands).
Our Hydrocarbon Separators are manufactured in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and according to EN 858-1 and ISO 9001.
In a flood situation they can work at a flow rate 5 times higher than their nominal flow rate.
Application:
- Service Stations
- Car Wash
- Parking lots
- Workshop Supplies
- Places where water may be contaminated by oils (Hydrocarbons)
Advantages:
- Meet Class I Legal Limits (DL 236/98)
- Built according to EN 858-1
- Removable coalescent cell for cleaning
- Increased Separation and Decanting Capability
- Thicker and more resistant HDPE walls
- Handles for human movement
- Lifting rings
- Flow rates of 3 l/sec. at 1 000 l/sec.
Optional:
- Hydrocarbon Level Alarm
- 250 KN and 400 KN resistance covers
