The remainder (treated water) will exit through the bottom discharge. Oils and fats float freely and immediately rise to the surface, being retained. The rest (treated water) will pass under the discharge.

STAGE 3 – Self cleaning and removal of fats
A heating system located in the retention chamber is triggered by a timer. The timer is programmed individually for each case. The timer is programmed individually for each case. An engine drives the wheels collecting the liquidated materials on the surface and then removed by the scrapers of the wheels, which transfer them to an outer tube.
