Compacts under the Bank:
Compact, manual cleaning separators made of Stainless Steel.
They separate the fats and decant the solids from the waters of the kitchens.
Due to their rather compact design they are usually installed in the soil under neath the washing stand.
Liabilities:
Fat separators with or without Built-in DEcanter manufactured in HDPE or PRFV.
They are usually large in size and work buried in the ground.
Its maintenance is done by cleaning by means of tanker trucks.
Advantages:
- Legal Limits met
- Resistant
- Maintenance-Free
- Avoid clogging

Automatic Grease removal units
THE SYSTEM WORKS THROUGH THREE STAGES:
STAGE 1 – Collection of solids
The effluent from the kitchen are led directly through an inlet tube, where a basket for removing solids and debris. There is a lid for easy and independent access for cleaning the basket. There is an easy and independent access cover for cleaning the basket.
STAGE 2 – Separation of oils and fats
The effluent containing non – emulsified oils and grease enters the holding chamber. Oils and fats float freely and immediately rise to the surface, being retained. The remainder (treated water) will exit through the bottom discharge. Oils and fats float freely and immediately rise to the surface, being retained. The rest (treated water) will pass under the discharge.
STAGE 3 – Self cleaning and removal of fats
A heating system located in the retention chamber is triggered by a timer. The timer is programmed individually for each case. The timer is programmed individually for each case. An engine drives the wheels collecting the liquidated materials on the surface and then removed by the scrapers of the wheels, which transfer them to an outer tube. The oils and fats removed are conducted through a pipe to the collecting container – provided with the system.
