Fat Separators

A grease separator is a piece of equipment whose purpose is to separate and retain all the grease and decantable materials generated in a kitchen, canteen or any other place where food grease is present.

Our Separators are manufactured in accordance with the standard EN1825 (DIN 4040) and ISO9001.

Automatics:

Compact, self-cleaning separators made of stainless steel. They separate grease and decant solids from kitchen water. They can be placed on the ground (under the sink) or buried.

Compacts under the Stand:

Compact separators, for manual cleaning, manufactured in stainless steel.

They separate fats and decant solids from kitchen water.

Due to their very compact design they are normally installed on the ground under the washbasin.

Liabilities:

Grease separators with or without incorporated decanter made of PEAD or PRFV.

They are usually large in size and operate buried in the ground.

It is maintained by being cleaned by tanker trucks.
