- Grease Guardian
A grease separator is a piece of equipment whose purpose is to separate and retain all the grease and decantable materials generated in a kitchen, canteen or any other place where food grease is present.
Our Separators are manufactured in accordance with the standard EN1825 (DIN 4040) and ISO9001.
Compact, self-cleaning separators made of stainless steel. They separate grease and decant solids from kitchen water. They can be placed on the ground (under the sink) or buried.
Compacts under the Stand:
Compact separators, for manual cleaning, manufactured in stainless steel.
They separate fats and decant solids from kitchen water.
Due to their very compact design they are normally installed on the ground under the washbasin.
Grease separators with or without incorporated decanter made of PEAD or PRFV.
They are usually large in size and operate buried in the ground.
It is maintained by being cleaned by tanker trucks.

AUTOMATIC GREASE AND OIL REMOVAL SEPARATORS
THE SYSTEM WORKS THROUGH THREE STAGES:
STAGE 1 - Solids collection
The effluent coming from the kitchen is led directly through an inlet pipe, where a solids and debris removal basket is located. There is an easily accessible, independent lid for cleaning the basket.
STAGE 2 - Separation of oils and fats
The effluent containing non-emulsified oils and grease enters the retention chamber. The oils and grease float freely and immediately rise to the surface and are retained. The remainder (treated water) will exit by passing under the discharge.
STAGE 3 - Self cleaning and grease removal
A heating system located in the holding chamber is activated by means of a timer. The timer is programmed individually for each case. A motor drives the wheels, which collect the liquefied material on the surface, and are then removed by the wheel scrapers, which transfer it to an external pipe. The removed oils and grease are led through a pipe into the collection container - supplied with the system.
