Compact Wastewater Treatment Plants

Designed in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), they are intended for all types of domestic and industrial wastewater treatment.

From small dwelling to agglomerations - up to 1,200 inhab/eq.

Our treatment plants, depending on the model, reach treatment efficiency values of up to 97%, with the possibility of reusing the water.

Our WWTPs are made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and comply with EN 858-1 and ISO 9001 standards.

Septic tanks

Septic tanks provide domestic wastewater treatment by decantation and anaerobic digestion, without using energy or electrical installations. Made of HDPE, very resistant to mechanical and chemical aggression.

Capacities of up to 100,000 litres.

Septic tanks with biological filter

These septic tanks have an increased treatment due to the existence of a biological filter, which considerably increases the treatment capacity and efficiency. They do not require energy and are easy to install. Manufactured in HDPE.

A Hydrocarbon Separator is a piece of equipment designed to separate and retain mineral oils suspended in dirty water.
The Hydrocarbon Separator must be preceded by a Decanter incorporated into the separator or external, for the retention of heavy materials (Mud and Sand).

Our Hydrocarbon Separators are manufactured in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and comply with the standard EN 858-1 and  ISO 9001.

Our Hydrocarbon Separators are manufactured in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and comply with the standard EN 858-1 and ISO 9001.

In a downpour they can work with a flow rate 5 times higher than their nominal flow rate.

Fat and Starch Separator with Decanter

Operation

The AlmAqua Starch and Fat Separator has two distinct zones: a solids decantation zone; and another for the separation of oils and fats.

In the first compartment will be made the decantation of starch and food remains from the dirty effluent.

By deflection, the effluent is led to the second compartment, where the grease is decanted by density differences.

The effluent outlet of the second compartment is at the lowest point.

The Grease Separator should be cleaned when it has reached its maximum storage capacity for oils and fats.

Guardian Automatic Grease Separator

The system works in three stages:

STAGE 1 - Solids collection
The effluent coming from the kitchen is led directly through an inlet pipe, where there is a basket for removing solids and debris. There is an easily accessible and independent lid for cleaning the basket.

STAGE 2 - Separation of oils and fats
The effluent containing non-emulsified oils and fats enters the retention chamber. The oils and fats float freely and immediately rise to the surface, becoming trapped. The remainder (treated water) will flow out under the discharge.

STAGE 3 - Self cleaning and grease removal
A heating system located in the holding chamber is activated by a timer. The timer is programmed individually for each case. A motor drives the wheels that collect the liquefied materials on the surface, which are then removed by the wheel scrapers, which transfer them to an external pipe. The oils and fats removed are led through a pipe to the collection container - supplied with the system.
